• Consulting service for the Headquarters of the National Health Fund in Poland (Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia, NFZ) regarding the contracts for subscription services and IT system maintenance. The service included elements such as:
  • Substantive analysis of the current state of contracts regarding subscription and maintenance of the IT system supporting the activities performed by the NFZ.
  • Analysis of the destined system architecture and further steps recommendation. Preparation of Fund’s IT strategic goals for the years 2016-2020, as well as recommendations.
  • Preparation of negotiation strategy and support for the National Health Fund during negotiations with service suppliers as part of the demonopolization process.
• Business consulting service as part of support for the Social Insurance Institution in Poland (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych, ZUS) regarding the maintenance of the KSI (National Informational System) system.
