On May 27, 2015, we can accept as the official start date of Milestone Group. The first lecture of Milestone Group took place in the prestigious place – on the trading floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the “Day of the Family Businesses on the Warsaw Stock Exchange”, and it was led by Usamah Afifi.
The conference was attended by enterpreneurs and representatives of listed companies. Our presentation concerned the impact of beliefs and values of the owners of family business decisions. Usamah showed how the way of thinking translates into building strategy, management, selection of employees and operational activities. He talked also about how proper communication may influence the value of building a strong, cohesive family business.
On the other hand Beata Kacprzyk at the conference was moderating a discussion with representatives of listed companies. Topic of discussion was “Lights and Shadows of a listed company.”
