On June 11th, 2015, in one of the rooms of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, we conducted a training for graduates of Family Business Academy. We had the pleasure to bring forward the subject of beliefs to a group of entrepreneurs working in family businesses. We explained how to use values and beliefs of business owners to build your brand and goodwill.
Beata led the lecture and Klaudia led the workshop. Klaudia had personal experience “from the inside” of the family business and was eager to share it. We had the opportunity to participate in an interesting exchange of experiences and thoughts with practitioners of family businesses.
After the workshop there was some time for an interesting discussion. We talked about how compatible are the owner’s values and beliefs with what he or she communicates to his or her employees and customers.
The meeting ended informally with delicious nameday cakes :).
